PONI: Connecting WhatsApp & Pipedrive
PONI is a Chrome extension developed by PYROGSS that serves as a bridge between the Pipedrive web app and WhatsApp Web. With PONI, users can seamlessly open WhatsApp chats, create contacts, and add notes to them without leaving their Pipedrive tab.
One of the standout features of PONI is the "Click To Chat" function. Users can simply click on any phone field of their contacts or enter a mobile number to open a chat. This streamlines the process of initiating conversations on WhatsApp.
Another useful feature is the ability to open contacts directly from a chat's header. If a contact is not found, PONI will prompt users to create a new contact, ensuring that all relevant information is readily available.
Additionally, PONI allows users to create notes using the "Selection Mode" feature. By selecting specific messages, users can generate notes tied to a contact. If the contact is not found, PONI will once again prompt users to create a new contact.
